A Place To Live was a stalwart of the ITV Schools output of its 70s and 80s heyday. The natural history series mainly focused on ordinary surroundings of cities and town, and then branching out into the countryside and beyond accompanied by the unmistakable narration tones of the godfather on Granada's ITV school output, Jack Smith.
