The manic Capital Radio DJ and Thames comedy genius Kenny Everett loved to fiddle about with the on-screen identity of "Lord Thames". Usually he subverted the Salute music by humming it in a camp manner, or playing it in slow motion with comedy jingles and laughter added. But on one occasion, he replaced the animation with a skyline of giant breasts…!
