BBC Scotland

The BBC Scotland channel was introduced on February 24, 2019, with a budget of £32 million. Unlike the existing BBC Scotland component of BBC One, the channel presents a combination of both archived and fresh content. It also features a daily news programme (‘The Nine’) at 9pm, covering a range of topics including Scottish news, international news seen from a Scottish perspective, and UK stories.
