In September 1981, along with the BBC network, a new front was used for the globe.

In September 1983 “1” was dropped from the presentation. The slides, were redrawn with a slightly different colour while the letters A and N used were quite different.

A further change took place in September 1984.

on 18th February 1985 the new “Computer Originated World or COW was unveiled.

The BBC introduces the “Rhythm & Movement’ idents on 29th March 2002. The Tumbler ident retained the original music unlike the network version.
